We are happy to welcome Helena Forsman as Senior Consultant at our office in Stockholm.

Helena has a long background in the media industry, where she worked with, among others, the purchase of programs on Bonnier Broadcasting and Aftonbladet TV. Most recently, she comes from a role as Research Executive at Alumni Interim, with a focus on Interim Management.

Why did you choose to change your career from the media industry to Executive Search and Interim Management?

“I made a career change about 4 years ago and started working as a researcher. It turned out to suit my curious personality! You get a unique insight into society in general, in different companies and industries, and above all you get in contact with incredibly competent and interesting people. Being able to connect the customer’s needs with the right skills is very rewarding.”

Why did you choose to join Nordic Interim?

“Nordic Interim has a total focus on Interim Management and has a solid brand. I truly believe that interim solutions are a great opportunity for the future, how we will work in the future and how to solve time-limited needs.”

Anecdote:

Helena is the author of a romance novel “Yoga for beginners and other disasters” (only in Swedish) published in 2018. She says that she is a communicator at heart and after working with content for many years wanted to create something of her own outside the large production companies. Signed by a global publishing company she wrote her book on lunch breaks and evenings. “I chose to write a “romance”, there are a lot of detective stories, so I wanted to write something different. We all need a little joy and love in the world in a fun and easy way.”
