Nordic Interim & Valtus Group Partners with Polaris Private Equity as Majority investor to Build a Global Leader

Valtus today announces a strategic partnership with Polaris, a leading Nordic private equity fund, which will become the group’s majority investor. Together with Valtus’s existing shareholders and management, Polaris will support and accelerate the group’s next phase of international growth to become a global leader.

Present in nearly 30 countries across 4 continents, with 10 European subsidiaries, Valtus is an international leader in executive interim management. In 2025, the Valtus Group generated EUR 145.5 million in revenue, completing more than 1,000 assignments.

Nordic Interim is part of the Valtus Group since 2020. Nordic Interim, founded in 2004, is the leading player within executive interim management market in the Nordics with offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

The executive interim management market continues to expand as organizations increasingly seek specialized leadership talent for transformation initiatives, crisis management, and critical interim roles. Valtus has established a strong competitive position by combining deep industry expertise with a global network of seasoned executives.

Polaris: a new trusted partner to support accelerated growth
