Since our start in 2004, we have been part of the development of the industry. Today, we are the leading company within Executive Interim Management in the Nordics.

Nordic Interim was founded by Janeric Peterson, Novare Human Capital, and Odgers Berntson Sweden.

Janeric, then CEO of the company, describes the beginning as a white paper with an incredible potential: “We had to do everything from scratch, for better or worse. We had no brand, no resources, but still, the business has rolled on pretty well, even though it has taken time. We had patience, perseverance, and a great deal of seriousness.”

One of the goals was always to become a leader in the Nordic market, which is why the name Nordic Interim was chosen. Today, together with Valtus Group and our global network of Interim Management providers Valtus Alliance, we are helping our clients worldwide.

“Today we have an industry that grows about 10-15% per year, and more and more experienced leaders are actively seeking to become Interim Professionals.
