We are pleased to share that Nordic Interim Sweden AB, part of Valtus Group, is taking an important step forward in its growth journey, with Polaris Equity as the new majority owner in spring 2026. This investment confirms the strength of our offering and provides an even stronger foundation for continued growth across the Nordics.

At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Henrik Höjsgaard as the new Managing Partner of Nordic Interim Sweden AB, effective 1 August 2026. Henrik brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership and business transformation from companies including Aleris Sjukvård, Randstad Nordics, Proffice Group and PostNord Logistics. He also serves as Managing Partner of Nordic Interim Denmark.

With a new ownership structure and a strong leader at the helm, Nordic Interim is well positioned for its next phase: continued expansion, more qualified interim solutions, and an even stronger offering for our clients in Sweden, across the Nordics and globally.
