We are delighted to warmly welcome our new Business Coordinator, Elisabeth Mellin, to Nordic Interim in Sweden!

Throughout most of her career, Elisabeth has worked in coordinating roles, with over 20 years of experience supporting managers, teams, and executive groups in both the private and public sectors. Her background also includes experience in personnel management, sales, and business development. She has been responsible for project management, events, conferences, and executive support, often serving as a key link between different functions. Elisabeth is highly committed to creating value, simplifying everyday work for others, and contributing to well-functioning processes and teams.

Why did you choose to join Nordic Interim?
“I chose to accept the role as Business Coordinator at Nordic Interim because it matches both my experience and what I am passionate about – creating structure, supporting managers and teams in collaboration with clients and interim executives. I was drawn to the company’s professional offering, high ambitions, and the opportunity to be a key player in a context where my contribution makes a difference.”

How has your start here been?
“It’s been a positive start, with a lot of familiarity but also new things to learn in processes and deliveries. Friendly colleagues and a great work environment.”

What do you see as the main advantages of Interim Management?
“In my view, the main advantages of Executive Interim Management are flexibility and the ability to quickly bring in the right expertise when needed. It gives organizations access to experienced leaders or specialists who can make an immediate impact – whether it’s about driving change, managing an important project, or covering a vacancy. In addition, Interim Managers often bring fresh perspectives that can drive development effectively.”

What do you do in your spare time?
“I really enjoy spending time with family and friends, preferably at our cottage on an island in the archipelago, and I love walking or running in the forest. A large part of my free time is dedicated to singing, as I am part of a barbershop choir where we compete, perform concerts, and do various gigs for companies and private events.”
