When Janeric Peterson, Novare Human Capital and Odgers Berndtson Sweden, founded the company 20 years ago, no one could have predicted how fast the industry would grow and develop. The market was largely an untouched land, if not non-existent. Janeric describes the beginning as a white paper with an incredible potential.

“We had to do everything from scratch, for better or worse. We had no brand, no resources, but still the business was running pretty well, even though it has taken time. We had patience, perseverance and a great deal of seriousness,” says Janeric.

One of the goals has always been to become a leader in the Nordic market within Interim Management, which is why the name Nordic Interim was chosen – with a Nordic ambition. Today we are a global player.

“Our network of independent professional interims includes the most qualified people. They know that they will receive interesting assignments through us, and through long-term relationships we have created a strong foundation to stand on and a strong brand.”

Today we have an industry that grows about 10-15% per year, and more and more experienced leaders are actively seeking to become Interim Professionals. Since the start, we have been entrusted with carrying out more than 500 assignments, and as a co-founder of Globalise, a group of leading interim suppliers around the world, we are able to help our clients almost everywhere. On average, more than 400 Executive Interim Professionals run assignments within our network around the world at the same time.

With new majority owners in the French company Valtus, we are not only a leader in the Nordic region but in the whole of Europe. We look to the future with confidence and we will continue to grow!
