As of the beginning of May, Johanna Lipponen has joined Nordic Interim as Talent Manager.
Johanna brings over 15 years of experience in HR consulting, executive search, recruitment, and coaching for individuals and teams, having worked at Mercuri Urval and Arespartners. She has also previously held international sales leadership roles at, among others, Orion.
In her role as Talent Manager, Johanna is responsible for expanding, developing, and supporting our network of Interim Executives, as well as ensuring smooth processes with the highest quality.

Jannike is Marketing Manager Nordic Region with and 15 years of experience from Executive Interim Management and Executive Search, as well as a background within PR, communications, and marketing. Jannike has master’s degrees in media- and communications science and in English language and literature from Heinrich-Heine University in Germany.
