In this video, Björn Henriksson shares his insights on the growth of Interim Management and how an Executive Interim Manager is able to foresee challenges waiting around the corner.

An Interim Manager has worked within his/her field for many years and is an experienced change leader. One of the benefits of engaging an interim is that he/she has the ability to see what will happen as a consequence of prior experiences and decisions, and thus can act proactive. Another advantage is that the previous experiences, competencies, and leadership skills are adaptable to new contexts and industries.
