How does an Executive Interim Professional work?

An Interim Professional is a short-term injection of implementation power for a company facing a change. As an Interim, you solve short- and long-term challenges and confidently lead the business to success.

”The focus is on creating improvement and driving change.”

Interim Professionals can focus

An Interim is focused on the task at hand and is invaluable in changes such as strategy projects, implementations or driving growth. Much can be delegated, but someone has to make the decisions. An Interim Manager is not afraid to make decisions and to do it quickly. An important difference is that an Interim is not afraid to act, can be tougher and overstate internal politics and even act as a battering ram in an internal conflict or challenge informal leaders.

We are constantly on the lookout for highly qualified Interim Professionals, such as managers, leaders and specialists with a solid background and senior profile. Welcome to send your CV and application, we will contact you!

The process leading up to an interim mission is very short. Mostly, a person is placed within 14 days after the first contact. Most assignments are between 6-12 months and involve full focus on the mission which can also be weekly commuting or abroad.

”Jag get an assignment, a target and a deadline. That is my focus.”

“What drives me is that I can quickly see clear results of my work.”
