An Interim Manager has worked within his/her field for many years and is an experienced change leader. One of the benefits is that the interim has the ability to see what is going to happen as a consequence of prior decisions, and thus acts proactive. Another advantage is that previous experience, knowledge, and leadership skills are adaptable to new contexts, and the toolbox is applicable in almost all industries.
