More and more experienced leaders around the age of 45 and up, are actively seeking to become Interim Professionals. More and more customers see the value of temporarily engaging highly qualified Interim Professionals to create extra execution power and to achieve their goals faster.

In front of us, we can see several exciting things in the crystal ball: 1) In short, Executive Interim Management will be a widespread profession. 2) Owners, boards and management will actively use Executive Interim Management in their toolbox to create strategic flexibility, inject invaluable experience and extra execution power, and to quickly reach their financial goals. 3) The most experienced and best leaders and specialists will be Interim Professionals rather than permanent employment. 4) Executive Interim Service Providers will also act as a platform for Interim Executives to develop their profession via e.g. programs. 5) The most demanding international customers will want to work with a supplier who can quickly identify and engage Interim Professionals no matter where in the world the need arises.
