We are now supporting our client, an international manufacturing group, in finding the right person to lead, improve and streamline management, control, production and delivery for a local unit.
Assignment:
Through visible and hands-on leadership, improve and build processes and structures for material management, production optimization, personnel planning, safety/environment and quality control (ISO). The unit has approximately 50 employees. International travels will occur.
Profile:
- Several years as production- or plant manager in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in leading, managing and developing employees within production and manufacturing
- Competence and experience of working with trade unions
- A university degree as engineer or other production-technical education is meriting
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
Location: in the region around Borlänge
Duration: initially 6 months
